Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre is your source for pelvic physiotherapy in the Sarnia and Lambton county area. We are committed to providing quality, patient-centred care that is focused on improving your quality of life while optimizing your pelvic health.
What is the pelvic floor and why does it matter?
The pelvic floor is a bowl of muscles that sits at the bottom of your pelvis. Everyone has a pelvic floor! Most people aren’t aware of it, but this small group of muscles plays a big role in a lot of our daily bodily functions. These muscles help control your pee/poo, support your organs, provide core strength and are important during sex.
If you’re having difficulty with urinary/bowel leakage, experience pelvic pain, pain with sex, or are currently pregnant or postpartum, understanding your pelvic floor muscles can be important in optimizing your pelvic health!

Let’s connect
Hi! I’m Tiffaney Marlow, the pelvic physiotherapist behind Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre. I have a passion for all things pelvic health! Unfortunately, the stigma and taboo about pelvic and sexual health can create a barrier for people accessing care about some of their most basic bodily functions.
Feeling like we can’t talk about or seek help for our pelvic health can rob us of so many experiences. Whether it’s running after your kids at the park, getting back to the sport you love or experiencing pain free intimacy with your partner, your pelvic health can play a big role.
This is why I’ve chosen to work in the world of pelvic health. I strive to create a safe space where patients feel a bit more comfortable talking about the uncomfortable. I love dispelling misconceptions and helping patients get curious about their pelvic health.
Let’s work together to get you feeling confident and empowered about your pelvic health!
